Reservations
Upon receipt of your reservation by e-mail or letter and our
reservation confirmation by e-mail or letter, the reservation is binding.
If the deposit is not paid within 2 weeks or is insufficient, we are entitled to cancel your booking.
Online bookings
The terms and conditions and cancellation policy as per your confirmed online booking apply.
Cancellation
Cancellations sometimes occur and are unpleasant for both the guest and the landlord. Therefore, the following conditions apply:
- Up to 22 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
- From 21 days to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
- From 14 days to 8 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
- From 7 days to 0 days before arrival/No-Show: 100% of the total price
Cancellations must be made in writing by email or letter. The date of receipt by us is decisive. In case of non-arrival without cancellation, late arrival, early departure, and involuntary extension of the holiday, the full price will be charged. For this reason, we recommend taking out hotel cancellation insurance with the European Travel Insurance at www.europaeische.at.
For online bookings, the cancellation policy according to your confirmed online booking applies.
Prices and Currency
Prices
The prices are valid for the number of persons booked (per day).
A surcharge will be charged for arrivals with more than one person.
Tourist tax and final cleaning will be charged additionally.
The visitor's tax costs € 2.50 / day and person (from 15 years)
Currency
All prices are in Euro. Other currencies are not accepted.
Catering
In the winter months, a simple breakfast is included in the room price. In the summer, we offer rooms without catering. You are welcome to use our kitchen, or treat yourself inexpensively and deliciously at the bakery next door.
Payment
We ask for a deposit of approximately 30% within 7 days of booking.
The balance can either be transferred in advance or paid on arrival.
